Each product exists to do a specific thing well for a specific group of people. We would rather be essential to a few than adequate for everyone.
Your data is yours
Records belong to the people who made them. We don't sell information, we don't run ads, and nobody hears from us or our customers without having asked to. There is no lock-in: your data is yours to download in full, in open formats, whenever you like — including on the way out.
Built to last
The people we build for have day jobs and long memories. Software for them has to be dependable, understandable, and still here next year.
